Door controller functionality issue: No picture saved in “Last activity” section

We do have an issue about Loxone Door controller functionality – user defined intercom. It’s a about a generic IP camera which was added succesfully to the systems (video steming is working perfectly), but snapshots(picture when ringing) are not saved into Loxone UI, in ‘Last Activity’ section. We have tried differents camera setting(resolution, fps,…), but without succes.
