Ventilation unit: visualising active mode and changing the mode

My (older) ventilation unit for the whole house was to be swicthed using a 3 way switch. This essentially comes down to 3 intensities. Using a web-API enblad relay, i can send the request to switch on or off a mode.

What would be the best way to

1, visualise the active mode. Can this be High/Medium/Low as values?

  1. swicth between modes in the app. What config element should i best use?
